Neurotherapy should be accessible to people who need it most. We have designed our clinic and website with that in mind.

Physical accessibility

Clinic access

• Ground floor — no stairs required to enter
• Step-free access from the street
• Treatment is conducted lying down — no positions that require significant flexibility or mobility
• Clinic space is quiet and calm

For patients with limited mobility

• Home visits available within 3 km of the clinic
• Runu Garg will adapt the session approach for patients with severe mobility limitations
• Call ahead if you have specific access requirements — we will do our best to accommodate

Who can receive neurotherapy

Neurotherapy is safe for:

• Elderly patients and senior citizens
• Children (with parental consent)
• Patients who are currently on medication for chronic conditions
• Patients who have had surgery (please inform Runu Garg at the first consultation)
• Patients with limited mobility who cannot visit the clinic

Website accessibility

We have tried to make this website simple, readable, and functional across devices — including low-end smartphones common in the Delhi NCR area.

Language

This website is currently in English. Many of our patients speak Hindi. If you are more comfortable communicating in Hindi, please call us — Runu Garg speaks Hindi fluently and your consultation can be conducted in Hindi or Hinglish.
